History

Burger Bus is a Bristol-based street food company run by Steve Brand, a five-year street food veteran. Steve started on markets in 2015, under the trading name Buckland Venison – an artisan wild meat company based near Frome, in Somerset.

Over the course of the first year, the natural progression was made from cold cuts and cured meat into street food and burgers… this is when Buckland Burgers was born. Initially just handmade venison burgers, this quickly branched out to become the range of meats we use today.

Experience

Buckland Burgers has been trading in and around Bristol for 4 years, with regular West Country pitches and a reputation for bringing together a fully customisable, unique and entertaining burger experience.

After years of testing different flavours, crowds and events, we felt the need a fresh start, with a new look and a guaranteed winning menu. So in 2019 Bella, the service New York School Bus, made her journey over the pond to start a new life as the Burger Bus!

Quality

Here at Burger Bus we take pride in our craft, always striving to make better flavour combinations and make our customers have a fun experience in the process.

We still to this day use the same recipe for our venison burgers and duck egg mayo that went on the first ever burger sold. (as Buckland Venison, at Chippenham Food Festival, Sunday, 19th July 2015)
